Pre-Order Production

HGE Drop 01 is sold on a pre-order basis during a limited 3-hour order window. Production begins after the drop closes. Unless a different estimate is shown on the product page, production and worldwide delivery are expected to take approximately 3–4 weeks after the pre-order window closes. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping

We offer Free Insured Worldwide Shipping for eligible destinations. Orders are shipped with tracking through the carrier selected by our fulfillment partner, which may include YunExpress, 4PX, CNE, or a local last-mile carrier. When your order is dispatched, Shopify will email the tracking number and tracking link to the address used at checkout.

International orders may be delayed by customs, peak-season volume, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Address Changes and Failed Delivery

Contact us as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is transferred to production or fulfillment. The customer is responsible for additional costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a shipment.

Delivery Problems

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a shipment appears lost, contact HGE with the order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund when required by applicable law and carrier confirmation.
