By visiting, interacting with or purchasing from HGE, you agree to these Terms of Service together with the Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund policies published on this store. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Eligibility and Store Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. Information supplied at checkout must be accurate and complete. You may use the store only for lawful, personal purposes and may not interfere with its operation, security, or intellectual property.

Products and Availability

We aim to display product descriptions, colors, images, sizes, and prices accurately. Screen settings and normal production tolerances may cause minor differences. Products, quantities, and pricing may change or be withdrawn before an order is accepted.

Orders and Payment

An order is an offer to purchase. HGE may accept or decline an order and will notify the customer if an order cannot be fulfilled. Payment must be authorized before acceptance. Taxes, duties, or other charges are handled as stated at checkout and in the Shipping Policy.

HGE Drop 01 Pre-Orders

HGE Drop 01 is offered during a limited 3-hour pre-order window. The item is not ready for immediate dispatch. The displayed 3–4 week production and worldwide delivery estimate begins after the drop window closes. Material, carrier, customs, or other delays outside HGE’s reasonable control may affect the schedule. If HGE cannot fulfill an order, the affected customer will receive a refund.

Customers are responsible for selecting a size using the published size guide. Pre-order status does not remove any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, warranty, or refund rights.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, defective items, and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

HGE branding, designs, text, images, graphics, video, audio, and other store content are owned by HGE or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except where applicable law permits.

Third-Party Services

The store may use Shopify and other payment, analytics, fulfillment, or carrier services. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Purchases from HGE are contracts directly with HGE, not Shopify.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HGE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside reasonable control. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where HGE is established, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country.
